Job Description:
Unique World Business Center is looking for motivated and result driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Business Centers and Office Leasing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses find the right workspace solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Centers, Office Leasing, or Commercial Real Estate Sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build client relationships and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- UAE driving license is an added advantage.
