Lead and manage sales strategies for a real estate business center, driving growth, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through team leadership, market analysis, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate and provide support to team members.
- Develop and set sales targets for the team in alignment with the overall budget.
- Monitor and adjust targets as necessary to meet financial goals.
- Control lead generation platforms for a steady flow of potential clients.
- Implement strategies to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to top management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data analysis.
- Provide expert guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price under favorable terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose appropriate solutions.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
- Consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values accurately.
- Display and market real properties to potential buyers.
- Engage in outdoor sales activities, including meeting prospective clients.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as a Business Center Salesperson Real Estate Salesperson, or in business services within the UAE.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance.
- Strong ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Candidates with a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
