We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and assisting buyers in marketing and purchasing property, determining clients’ needs, and proposing solutions that suit them.

Responsibilities

1. Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
2. Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
4. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
5. Display and market real property to potential buyers.
6. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
7. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
8. Must be willing to do outdoor sales, such as meeting prospective clients.

Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s Degree

Requirements

1. Proven working experience of at least 2 years as a Business Center Salesperson, Real Estate Salesperson, or in business services.
2. Proven track record of successful sales.
3. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Candidates with a valid UAE driving license are preferable.
