2. ⁠Deep knowledge of Dubai retail real estate & rental regulations.
3. ⁠Proficient in leasing software & MS Office
4. Excellent customer service orientation.
5. ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification & Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
2. 3 years of mall shop leasing experience
3. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
4. Valid UAE driver’s license
5. Knowledge of local leasing laws and procedures
