Responsibilities
- Manage HR budget & payroll
- Handle employee relations(complaints & motivation)
- Conduct performance evaluations & onboarding
- Maintain employee records
- Develop & implement HR initiatives
- Report on HR activities
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in HR software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills an advantage)
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration
- Experience in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
