We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Head to oversee the maintenance, operations, and overall management of our mall properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the effective management of mall facilities, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and landscaping.
  2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including vendor management, budgeting, and cost control.
  4. Coordinate with tenants and service providers to address maintenance issues and ensure smooth operations.
  5. Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance the longevity of equipment and facilities.
  6. Manage and optimize facility resources, including utilities and manpower, to achieve operational efficiency.
  7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess facility conditions and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Prepare and present reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and budget performance to management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility management and implement innovative solutions as appropriate.

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the mall category business.
  3. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
  4. Strong understanding of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and facility management software.
