Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Head to oversee the maintenance, operations, and overall management of our mall properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the effective management of mall facilities, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and landscaping.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including vendor management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Coordinate with tenants and service providers to address maintenance issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance the longevity of equipment and facilities.
- Manage and optimize facility resources, including utilities and manpower, to achieve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess facility conditions and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and budget performance to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility management and implement innovative solutions as appropriate.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the mall category business.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and facility management software.
