Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele Caller or Call Center Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Handle all telephonic service inquiries, leads, and Google Ads inquiries.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Fluent in English.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in business services is preferable.
