Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing superior customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with legal and governmental procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
- Answer calls, direct to appropriate personnel, and schedule appointments.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Create tenant profiles, issue contracts, and update CRM records.
- Handle Ejari certificates and DEWA activations for tenants.
- Collect and update HR on government office procedures and rules.
- Submit, follow up, and gather work and business visas for timely processing.
- Renew and maintain visas and work contracts, keeping records updated.
- Notify employees of required documents before visa expiry.
- Ensure all business licenses are updated and prevent violations.
- Prepare and process legal documents for government agency submissions.
- Manage inquiries related to PRO functions efficiently.
- Assist with vehicle registration and renewals for the organization.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proven working experience of at least 3 years as an Admin cum PRO in business services.
